Gold Country Regional was

Gold Country Regional was pretty darned good.  I was pleased with the stages and the SOs, but disappointed that they did not chronograph.  The round count for 10 stages was just over a hundred rounds, but, even so, it was a challenging match!

The NVSA put on two stages, one of which required shooters to point shoot under a table at 2 woud-be bank robbers with a hostage in between them.  Amazingly, nobody hit the no shoot all day long.  Pretty darned impressive!

We had eleven NVSA members participating, 5 of whom came home with trophies.  Results are Here.

Video of Stage 4 is here.

If you missed this one, be sure to go next year.  It's worth every penny.

No Chrono =

No Chrono = Disappointment???

Yep! For being a low round count match, with fairly short stages it was challenging AND fun. I had a reshoot on #1 (shoulda taken the 1st score) and coulda reshot #10 (shoulda), but was pretty happy with the way things went. At the least, my reloads are getting better... mosta the time.

Can't wait to see what Duanne & Wayne come up with next year.

Stages #4 & #5 WERE the best lookin' stages... musta been The Banner, ayuh!
