Our ICORE match on Sept 14th is the

It is a 108 round match that is shot by ICORE clubs all over the world.  Do you want to find out how you rank in comparison to all participating ICORE shooters?  This is your opportunity!

Gates open for settup at 7:30, Registration runs from 8:15 to 8:55 and our shooters meeting will start at 9:00.

I will be polling the ICORE shooters present to determine if the majority want 4 stages per match (3 stage designers and one volunteer to set up a classifier stage) or 6 stages per match (3 volunteers to set up 2 stages each).  Some members want to shoot more and others are happy with the current 4 stage arrangement.

See you on Sunday!

We will be setting up stages

We will be setting up stages 1 and 4 first, due to our limited number of shooting boxes.  Help with settup is greatly appreciated!

The forecast is for a high of 99, so come prepared.

The poll results are in!

The poll results are in! Shooters participating in today's ICORE match were asked if they prefer 4 stage matches or 6 stages.  There was no clear majority.  Half liked 4 stages and half want 6 stages. I concluded that maybe both approaches will be best.  I will try to have half the matches set up with 4 stages and half with 6.

We'll see how things go with this set up.  I already have 3 stage designers (2 stages each) for the October match.  They will each design their first stage more complex and the second one a quick revision of the first.  That way, there will be minimal delay in the transition.

One last change will be fewer ICORE classifiers.  More non-classifier field courses = more fun!

I hope to see you out here for our next match on October 12th.
