IDPA - March 16

Stages are HERE      Results are HERE

CDP Champion - Randy Hood
ESP Champion -  Matt Brooks
SSP Champion - Sam Martinez
ESR Champion -
SSR Champion - Charlie Severance

Looks like we might be getting a taste of early summer temps on Sunday.

Gate will open up at 0700-ish. We'll be needing some help with set-up. Sign-ins start around 0800. Last call at the gate will be at 0850... after that and you will havta walk in if you don't have the card key. Shooters' meeting will follow immediately and we should be shooting by 0910.

Oh yeah... I will holding an IDPA Classifier on Saturday, 29 March. Click: Special IDPA Classifier for info and sign-up. I could really use a few currently certified SOs to help out. Space will be limited. Pre-registration is required.

See y'all Sunday!

Shooting ICORE on Sunday was

Shooting ICORE on Sunday was challenging but a lot of fun. But from the looks of the IDPA stages for this Sunday, they reflect that we are going to have a kick. See you all then.

I have read this 6 times. I can not comprehend its message. Is it important? If so please re-phrase this sentence.

Simple appears to me it is. Safety Officer one for fifteen works well not. Required a number more are indeed. Hmmmm....

Just a reminder: RULE 3.2

Just a reminder:

RULE 3.2 Prior to shooting a stage, a group walkthrough will be given by the SO. During the group walkthrough, the shooter will be allowed to view each target from every shooting position. This includes taking a knee or prone position. Other than the group walkthrough, NO INDIVIDUAL STAGE WALKTHROUGHS ARE PERMITTED.  [ emphasis added ] Individual walkthroughs include walking the path of fire or assuming shooting positions to check cover positions or target engagement order, etc.

A Failure To Do Right (+20 second) penalty may be "awarded" for those deemed guilty. surprise

Would be good if we can get

Would be good if we can get something corrected here in the scores. Marie-Laure shot as ESP MM. She was CDP until she got ESP a while back. Tony checked and she does appear as ESP. How can we get her classification corrected in the official scores?

And no, I am not doing this just to see her being demoted from a 1st place. Just trying to get it sorted correctly.

Thanks :o)

I echo the thanks. Now that the changes are made, will the post reflect that change? It still shows her as CDP when I checked just now...
