Attention all North Valley Rimfire shooters:

Boat ramp construction has changed our range access.

  • Normal key access will not be available.
  • I will open the outer gate from 6:45 to 7:00 for stage construction. (those who volunteered last month for stage design be prompt!)
  • Extra help is greatly appreciated, and needed.
  • The outer gate will be opened again from 7:45 to 8:20
  • Each shooter arriving will "man" the gate until the next shooter arrives (leap-frogging)
  • The boat ramp is closed, so only match participants/spectators will be allowed in.NO EXCEPTIONS
  • The last arrival will lock the gate at 8:20 and proceed to registration.
  • ANYONE ARRIVING AFTER 8:20 WILL HAVE TO WALK IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Shooter registration will end at 8:30, immediately followed by the shooter's meeting.
  • The match will begin following the shooter's meeting.

IMPORTANT - IMPORTANT - IMPORTANT

  • Check back on the website www.nvsa.info  Saturday evening after 6:00 for any updates. We never know when construction developments may throw a "monkey wrench" in our match plans.

Great, As far as I know the berm is still up. We will be there to let you all in that morning. Karl, you have Bay 1 (Pistol, Rifle), I have bay 2 (Rifle,Rifle) Brian has bay 3(Pistol,Pistol).

Weather look like it wants to cooperate this weekend. Getting excited about all of the upcoming events. My 10 shot revolver wont be accessible to Monday (still in Jail). So I am debating on whether to put off my all revolver personal challenge till next month or shoot my crappy old 6 shot H&R single eject revolver. Wondering if the MD would allow me to switch from my revolver to my pistol should things not function correctly? We shall see...

I'm still somewhat up in the air as to whether I'll make it or not. sure going to try since I do what to shoo my new revolver and the Henry together for the first time. I"ll have to try and do a bit of sighting in for the revolver.as it would be nice to be able to hit an 8" circle at 10 yards so as to not be too embarrassed.

Lynn, I shot my H&R 22lr 6

Lynn,

I shot my H&R 22lr 6 shot revolver today a beat every limited pistol that competed today. If you had shown up we could have shared your Henry and went head to head in manual.

Anyway that's what I was commenting to.

Yes she did.  She was very calm when she shot.
I also heard she was up most of the night and was shooting on little or no sleep.

Congratulations Briana!
