NVSA Range Construction Information

I just received word from Brian that the City of Gridley has removed the center berm and eucalyptus trees at our range.  We all knew it was coming we just didn’t know exactly when. We are hoping that we can figure a way to continue playing before a new center berm is installed. Until then we need to cancel this next match (September Rimfire). There just is not enough time to figure any safe alternative. We are positive we will get a new berm turned the other direction and  shoot to the east. It is not a question of if. It is just a question of when. Brian has told me that we would try to have it figured out for ICORE in Oct. The October match is our prize match, so let us keep our fingers crossed that we can come up with a solution once the City gets the grounds level and compacted.

Looks like it's gonna be

Looks like it's gonna be hot-n-dusty, or windy & muddy.

The range is really coming

The range is really coming along.  Brian Gonsalves and I stopped off to get some equipment from our storage locker, on our way to the Gold Country Regional IDPA Match this weekend.  I took this photo and some video of the range..  Check out this panorama. (Just press right arrow to scroll right and get the full scope of the devastation area).  Video Link Here.

... And Here.
