Mark Hicks proved today that you do not need moonclips to run the gauntlet. His lightning fast reloads seemed almost magical. Way to go Mark, You are our Classic Division Champion!
Brian Gonsalves took Open Class Champion. He is no stranger to first place. He proved again today that Open shooters need not apply.
Mark Barr, with his eagle eye and steadfast aim, finished today on top of all other Limited class shooters.
Other notables was Lynn Brazelton. He closed the gap this month to Mark Hicks in the Classic division. Mark had better watch out Lynn is coming. See you all next month.

We will be shooting the ICORE postal match this Sunday. The latest I've seen is that it's supposed to heat up for a couple of days and them hopefully back down to 95 or so Sunday. The stages are posted on the ICORE website. Charley said that he would like to set up stage 2. I'll be there early and will have the diagrams for the stages printed. Just need a few more people there to help set up the stages. No steel, just a bit of measuring distances to get things set up right.
The postal matches allow you to compare your scores with shooters from all over the U.S. and those from other countries. I think it's great now that with the addition of the Ruger Rimfire matches along with IDPA and ICORE matches that we have some kind of a match 3 weekends out of the month. I'm ready to try the rimfire match later this month.
Now that we have our new targets and stands we can have a steel challenge or some other sort of steel stage each match along with a classifier stage. That would leave only 2 other stages to design each month.
I hope to see as many of the revolver shooters who can make it this Sunday at the match. Mark Hicks
