Volquartsen Replacement Frame for the Ruger MKII and MKIII

I want one. This with a pac-lite barrel would be awesome. Price is not yet released. Full volquartsen internals.

The Volquartsen Replacement Frame for the Ruger MKII & MKIII (will also fit 22/45 models) pistols is coming soon. The frame is CNC machined from aluminum alloy and available in several anodized colors. The frame will come complete with all Volquartsen internals installed. It will also be available with or without grips. Stay tuned as more details become available on this exciting new product.

I'll be you'll pay as much or

I'll be you'll pay as much or more for the frame than you will for a brand new pistol. And will it really give you that much of an advantage? I doubt it. However, it will look really cool!

If I had to guess at an MSRP

If I had to guess at an MSRP it would be $399 That plus a tac-lite receiver and barrel plus bolt and c-more will put you at $950 for a full tilt open rimfire. Or you build up a 10/45 for about $850 including base price 22/45.

Or you can just do a trigger

Or you can just do a trigger job on the 22/45 and have a nice competitive pistol for a whole lot less money. In case you haven't guessed, I'm cheap.  smiley

I"ve got the cheap 22/45 but not the trigger job. Looking forward to seeing yours and maybe even popping a round or two to give that trigger a try.

$270 blank or $425 complete

$270 blank or $425 complete lower. The green listed is OD green. I think a black one with a kelly green Tac-sol barrel is the best combo that includes a puke green (oops was that my outside voice) options. Green Barrel and Grips with Black Optic and frame. Wendy will get what she wants.
